Ho w to turn on SMTP authentication in Outlook Express or Windows Mail
This page shows step by step how to turn on the SMPT authentication software in MS Outlook Express, or Windows Mail. By using SMPT authentication our email server will see that you are a legitimate user of our mail sending service and from the 15th August 2008 we are asking all our clients to turn this feature on.

1.Select Tools -> Accounts… 
2.In the box Internet Accounts box that opens select the Mail tab and double-click on the name of your email account 
3.Select the Servers tab 
4.In the second half of the screen there is a section headed Outgoing Mail Server - click on the box to the left of the words “My server requires authentication” a tick should appear in the box.
5.Press OK, where upon you’re be returned to the Internet Accounts window
6.Finally click Close to close the window.
